Phase 6: Define

Today, most websites resemble complex software products and require painstaking definition before any development can realistically begin. We sometimes like to say, "if the specifications aren't clear, the design doesn't exist."

Depending on the client's level of technical expertise and resources, our involvement in development can be minimal or comprehensive. In all cases, 9 Synergy delivers detailed, clear designs and specifications, along with ongoing support for development. 9 Synergy's technical capabilities include e-commerce, content management systems, search engine optimization and social media implementation.

Phase 8: Launch

We make sure that the designs are ready before we launch. All testing, quality assurance and reviews are conducted on our beta server within 9 Synergy's testing environment, a site in which only our clients have access. When all the development is complete, we work with the client's internal IT department to deploy and launch the site to a live production environment.

Phase 9: Manage, Grow & Analyze

It's not always possible, or smart, to do everything at once. The web is ever changing and so should your project. We work with you to make changes and provide solutions that will allow growth in the future. We also work to guide that growth by continuously evaluating the effectiveness of designs and social media. Imperfection and change is the beauty of the web. We analyze the success and failures of campaigns, social media and content placement developing new strategies and learning from our results, with the end goal being a project that is relevant to the end user.
